Following my previous message on the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme in June 2009, response has been overwhelming and over 310 replies from more than 37 countries were received in three months with responses from the UK, India and the US. A total of 620 applications were received by PolyU for the September 2010 entry and we are very pleased with the results. Thank you very much for your support in informing your students about this great opportunity and we do look forward to welcoming some of them to our campus.
